What areas do you service?
We currently service Sunshine Valley, Hope, and the Fraser Valley region. If you’re nearby and not sure, just reach out—we might be able to hop your way.
Do you offer full Airbnb management, or just cleaning?
We offer both. From guest communication and key exchange to emergency support and maintenance coordination, we can handle as little or as much as you need. Cleaning is just the beginning.
Do I need to supply anything?
We bring all our own cleaning products and equipment. If you have special supplies you’d prefer we use (or if you’d like us to manage your inventory), just let us know!
What’s included in your cleaning service?
Our standard turnover clean includes a top-to-bottom tidy: linens changed, bathrooms and kitchen sanitized, floors cleaned, and surfaces wiped. We also restock essentials (TP, soap, etc.), take out the trash, and make sure everything looks five-star ready.
How much notice do you need for a booking?
We appreciate 48 hours’ notice, but we know Airbnb life gets hectic. We’ll always try to accommodate last-minute requests when we can—just give us a shout.
Can I trust you with my property?
Absolutely. We treat every home like it’s our own—respectfully, responsibly, and with great care. We’re fully insured, detail-obsessed, and committed to making sure your space is clean, secure, and ready to impress every guest.
